IN A NUTSHELL:
We were tasked with developing a brand of musical instruments made specifically for children.
We developed a brand strategy that was based on communicating the high-quality nature of the products and the educational benefits that are associated with them – thus differentiating the brand from the many poor quality, non-functional children’s toys that are based on musical instruments.
We created a brand that is bright, clean and fun whilst still managing to conjure nostalgic feelings of childhood for the adults making the final purchasing decision.
We used a series of handmade textures paired with industrial-era typography to create a visual suite that is evocative of the high-quality handmade toys of yesteryear.
Once the brand was developed we then set about designing a range of packaging for the range in addition to a series of instore merchanding, full-range catalogue and website.
