Social Media Strategy and Management
IN A NUTSHELL:
We were commissioned by shopping centre Wagga Wagga Marketplace to increase consumer engagement with their Facebook page and drive traffic through to their website.
We designed and developed an interactive Facebook application that allowed users to play a shopping-themed game in order to gain entry into a daily prize draw. We created and enacted a social media strategy in addition to an in-store marketing campaign that promoted the application and encouraged engagement.
The campaign was incredibly successful with the centre’s Facebook page doubling it’s patronage and their website experiencing a significant increase in traffic.
